GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. For the purposes of these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms & Conditions ("General Terms") a "Customer" is defined as someone who purchases four (4) or more qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction between 1/28/19 and 7/28/19 ("Promotion Launch Date") ("Promotion End Date").
  2. In order for a Customer to become eligible to redeem a Reward, with the understanding that the term "Reward" includes one (1) of the following:
    1. Three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons from Smart Kitchen®, LLC. (i.e., a three (3) month subscription to Smart Kitchen®
    2. One (1) Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00 USD) Live Event Credit from TheTixFix
    3. One (1) Days Out Pass from the National Days Out Network;
  3. Customer must purchase four (4) or more qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction between 1/28/19 and 7/28/19. Once a qualifying purchase has been made, Customer must visit www.BarillaRewards.com and submit an online Submission Form, including full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, phone number, and email address, along with uploading their original in store receipt or receipt confirmation email. Customer must also select their choice of one of the above Rewards, and Reward selection is final. Submission Form must be completed within fourteen (14) days of purchase, as indicated on the receipt. Receipt must be clear and legible. The time and date of purchase, retailer name, and all qualifying products must be clearly visible on the receipt in order for the Customer to be qualified; Customer may not resubmit an illegible receipt.
  4. Once qualified, Customer will receive an email within five (5) business days including instructions to redeem their Reward, along with a Reward Code and link to Smart Kitchen®, TheTixFix.com, or the National Days Out Network. All Reward Codes will expire after 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/19.
  5. Each Reward is subject to further definition and has additional Terms and Conditions governing the redemption thereof. Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem any Reward. EU citizens are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Rewards are not transferable and Customer's Reward selection is final. Rewards are available while supplies last.
  6. TLC Marketing ("Promoter") reserves the right to change or modify these General Terms as well as the terms and conditions of the specific Reward at any time during the Promotion. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check these General Terms and any applicable terms and conditions during the Promotion and upon Reward redemption. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion in addition to the specific Reward terms and conditions detailed below.


SMART KITCHEN® TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Reward" is defined as a three (3) month subscription to www.smartkitchen.com. Smart Kitchen® is a "Service" that provides unlimited online cooking instruction.
  2. Reward is valid for one (1) redemption per Customer name, per Customer email address. More than one (1) Reward redemption shall not be qualified and TLC Marketing ("Promoter") shall no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Smart Kitchen®, LLC. has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize this Reward and are required for and binding upon Reward redemption. Smart Kitchen® terms and conditions can be found at https://www.smartkitchen.com/terms. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  4. Customer must redeem their Reward Code on https://www.smartkitchen.com/deal/Barilla no later than 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/19.
  5. To redeem, Customer must input the Reward Code on https://www.smartkitchen.com/deal/Barilla. Customer will need to "validate" the Reward Code and then input contact information, including credit card information, to gain unlimited access to Smart Kitchen® cooking content. The one (1) month of unlimited access to www.smartkitchen.com begins the day the Customer signs up. At the conclusion of the three (3) month subscription, the Customer will be billed monthly at the rate of $9.99 per month until the Customer cancels the subscription in the "My Account" section of the Smart Kitchen® account.
  6. Reward is valid for new Smart Kitchen® users only. Reward cannot be applied to existing accounts.
  7. Smart Kitchen®, LLC has their own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize the online cooking school and are binding upon Reward redemption. Smart Kitchen® LLC's terms and conditions can be found at www.smartkitchen.com/terms. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  8. Reward valid in the continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Puerto Rico).
  9. Reward has no cash value.
  10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  11. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  12. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.
  13. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Smart Kitchen®, and Barilla America, Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  14. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Barilla America, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  15. The use of Smart Kitchen and the Smart Kitchen® content is used at the Customer's own risk. The consumption of ingredients is done at the Customer's own risk. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any illness, allergies, or reactions.
  16. To access Smart Kitchen®, Customer will need to provide and be responsible for all equipment necessary to reach and use the Smart Kitchen® service. Such equipment may include access to an internet connection and a web device. Messaging, data rates, and utility billing may apply.
  17. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from Smart Kitchen® and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any dispute must be settled directly with Smart Kitchen® LLC.
  18. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  19. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  20. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  21. Additional costs and fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included.
  22. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
  23. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at PO Box 447, 54 Broadway, Dracut, MA 01826, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  24. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.


$25.00 LIVE EVENT CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Reward" is defined as one (1) Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00 USD) Live Event Ticket Reward Code on https://barilla.thetixfix.com.
  2. TheTixFix.com has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward that are required to utilize this Reward and are required for and binding upon Reward redemption. TheTixFix.com terms and conditions can be found at https://barilla.thetixfix.com/policies. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  3. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
  4. Live Event Ticket Reward Codes cannot be stacked and must be used in separate transactions; they cannot be used in a single transaction.
  5. The use of the TheTixFix.com website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk. TheTixFix.com privacy policy can be found at https://barilla.thetixfix.com/policies.
  6. Customer must redeem their Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) Live Event Ticket Reward Code no later than 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/19.
  7. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amounts that exceed the Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) Reward amount.
  8. Reward valid in the continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Puerto Rico).
  9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  10. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  11. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.
  12. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, TheTixFix.com, and Barilla America, Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  13. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Barilla America, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  14. The Reward may only be applied to those tickets sold by TheTixFix.com during the promotional period. Reward cannot be applied to any purchases outside of the promotional period or not in the TheTixFix.com's then current inventory. The Released Parties do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in TheTixFix.com inventory at the time of Reward redemption.
  15. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from TheTixFix.com and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any dispute must be settled directly with TheTixFix.com.
  16. Each stadium, venue, etc. may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  17. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  18. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  19. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  20. Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed and the ticket may be voiced for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain events and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry.
  21. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
  22. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at PO Box 447, 54 Broadway, Dracut, MA 01826, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  23. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.


DAYS OUT Terms and Conditions


  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Reward" is defined as one (1) Days Out Pass at a participating venue. Additional restrictions and details may apply to each venue’s specific Reward. Types of venues may include, but are not limited to, roller skating, children's painting, play centers, bowling, trampoline park, museums, laser tag and mini golf.
  2. Taxes and gratuity are not included. Additional costs/fees required or mandated by the venue for admission are not included. The Voucher is not redeemable against booked parties.
  3. Reward is only valid for one (1) Reward redemption per booking group, with the term "booking group" being defined as one (1) or more people accompanying the Voucher holder. Multiple redemptions shall not be redeemed and The Reward Company, Inc., d/b/a TLC Marketing Worldwide ("Promoter"), shall have no obligation whatsoever to honor any Rewards accepted in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Customer may not procure multiple Rewards for the same venue. All repeat visits will cost full price. Anyone accompanying the Voucher holder must pay the regular price.
  5. Reward valid in the continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Puerto Rico).
  6. This Reward may be based upon advance appointment times. Some venues are seasonal and only open during certain periods. It is the Customer's responsibility to determine the hours of operation of the selected venue. It is the Customer's responsibility to call the venue for full details prior to redemption. The Customer using the Voucher must follow the instructions provided in the Voucher and accompanying email. The booking instructions and all other information stated within the Voucher and accompanying email also form part of the terms and conditions of this Reward. Customer must present the Voucher upon arrival along with valid photo I.D. The person whose name is on the Voucher must be present at time of redemption. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, Voucher will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  7. The Reward is subject to availability and may vary by participating venue.
  8. Reward available while supplies last.
  9. Customer must redeem their Reward Code no later than 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/30/19.
  10. Each venue may also have its own Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of venue. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  11. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Barilla America, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  12. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts, or applied toward a package.
  13. This information is correct at the time of campaign launch, although the venues and Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time. Each venue featured reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at their venue. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.
  14. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with the venue concerned.
  15. Released Parties cannot accept any liability for personal loss or injury at the featured venues. Any dispute must be settled directly with the venue concerned.
  16. Void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  17. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Vouchers and/or redemption requests and will not issue or replace Reward Vouchers in any of these events.
  18. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
  19. The terms of this Promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.
  20. Voucher valid until date indicated on Voucher.
  21. The Reward is subject to promotional availability and the value and types of Reward will vary dependent on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the Reward.
  22. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  23. Failure to appear at venue at time of reservation (if applicable), without giving venue prior notice, gives venue the right to refuse Reward. This may result in charge for Reward or refusal by venue to reschedule Experience. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed, Experience will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  24. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  25. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Reward of equal or greater value or a different Reward.
  26. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  27. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
