How do I qualify for a reward?

In order to qualify, you must make a purchase of at least four (4) qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction in store or online during the promotional period, 1/28/19 – 7/28/19. Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you must complete the online submission form, upload your original in store receipt or receipt confirmation email showing the qualifying purchase (please make sure the qualifying products, retailer name, date and time are clearly visible), select your reward of choice, and finally, confirm that you have read and accepted all of the promotional terms and conditions. Within five (5) business days of submitting a qualified receipt, you will receive a response via the email address provided. If you have been qualified, that email will include a Reward Code and instructions on how to redeem your chosen reward. Please note, your reward selection at the time of submission is final.


Are club packs and e-commerce packs included in this promotion?

Yes, participating club packs and e-commerce packs are included and can be viewed here. However, each club pack and e-commerce pack, regardless of whether there are more than 4 products in a single pack, will only count as one (1) qualifying transaction.


When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

You must make a purchase of at least four (4) qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction, in store or online, during the promotional period, 1/28/19 – 7/28/19. Note the purchase of one (1) club pack, which may include more than four (4) products, can be submitted as one (1) qualified purchase. When do I need to complete the submission form in order to qualify?

All submissions must be completed within fourteen (14) days of purchase, as indicated on the original receipt (or receipt confirmation email if the purchase was made online). Please remember that the purchase date and time, retailer name, and all qualifying products must be clearly visible on the uploaded receipt image in order for you to qualify.


Can I take a picture of my receipt on my mobile device and upload?

Yes, you can upload a receipt image from your mobile device by visiting www.BarillaRewards.com on your mobile browser, and following the submission instructions. 


How many rewards may I redeem?

You are entitled to one (1) reward for every purchase of four (4) or more qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction between 1/28/19 – 7/28/19; however, please note the following:

  • The three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons from Smart Kitchen® has a limit of one (1) reward per customer name / customer email address. Additionally, the Smart Kitchen® subscription is valid for new Smart Kitchen® members only.
  • You may receive one (1) Days Out Pass for each qualifying transaction, but on the National Days Out Network, you may not redeem multiple times at the same Days Out venue.
  • You may receive multiple $25.00 Live Event Credits; however, those credits cannot be stacked and must be used in different transactions on https://barilla.thetixfix.com.

How old do I have to be in order to redeem a reward?

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem the reward. 


I don't live in the continental United States. Can I still participate?

Unfortunately, you cannot participate if you do not live in the continental United States. This promotion is only valid in the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Puerto Rico. EU citizens are not eligible.


I changed my mind and want to exchange my reward for another. What do I do?

Sorry, your reward selection at the time of submission is final. Please note that you have the opportunity to review more information about each of the three (3) rewards on the Rewards Page before making your final selection.


When can I expect to receive my Reward Code?

Within five (5) business days of submitting your submission form, you will receive an email from the Barilla Rewards Team. If you are qualified, that email will include a Reward Code and further instructions to redeem the reward you selected. If you completed a submission form and did not receive an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from the Barilla Rewards Team before emailing us at BarillaRewards@tlcrewards.com or calling (567) 275-8581 Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM ET, excluding public holidays.


How long will my Reward Code be valid?

All Reward Codes are valid until 11:59PM PT 11/30/19

  • If you selected the three (3) month subscription to Smart Kitchen®, you must redeem your Reward Code on www.smartkitchen.com/deal/barilla by 11:59PM PT 11/30/19.
  • If you selected the $25 Live Event Credit, you must redeem your Reward Code on https://barilla.thetixfix.com by 11:59PM PT 11/30/19.
  • If you selected the Days Out Pass, you must redeem your Reward Code on https://www.NationalDaysOutNetwork.com by 11:59PM PT 11/30/19 in order to receive a voucher that will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.

I lost my receipt that included my qualifying purchase. What do I do?

Sorry, your receipt (or receipt confirmation email) with the date and time of purchase, retailer name, and qualifying products clearly visible is necessary in order to redeem your reward.


I want to see what reward options are available in my area before making a final selection.

No problem! Before making your selection, you can take a look at the Rewards Page, where you can learn more about the reward options available. Please remember that once your submission form is completed, your reward selection is final.


Are there any restrictions for this promotion?

You must purchase four (4) or more qualifying Barilla pasta products in a single transaction from 1/28/19 – 7/28/19. What is Smart Kitchen®?

Smart Kitchen® is a dynamic online cooking school which you attend at your own pace and in your free time and where you can learn how to cook like a chef. In no time, students will be confidently creating chef-level, healthful, tasty meals at a lower cost than they ever thought possible.


What does this reward include?

This reward includes three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons, by means of a three (3) month subscription to Smart Kitchen®.


Why do I need a credit card to redeem the reward?

Credit card entry is mandatory for Smart Kitchen® account setup. Your credit card will not be charged for the FREE* three (3) month subscription; however, you must cancel your subscription after the three (3) month period is complete to avoid charges. Otherwise, the credit card provided during account setup will be billed at a rate of $9.99 per month.


If I'm already a Smart Kitchen® member, can I redeem for the three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons?

Sorry, this reward is valid for new Smart Kitchen® customers only. If you're already a Smart Kitchen® customer, please select either the $25.00 Live Event Credit or Days Out Pass reward option.


Once qualified, how do I obtain the three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons?

If you are qualified, you will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem your reward on https://www.smartkitchen.com/deal/barilla by 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19. If you have not received an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from the Barilla Rewards Team.

On https://www.smartkitchen.com/deal/barilla, you will enter and validate your Reward Code on the homepage as instructed in your confirmation email. You will then follow the remaining instructions to complete your account setup and receive the three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons.


When is the last day I can redeem my three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons?

Your Smart Kitchen® Reward Code will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19.


Are there any restrictions for the three (3) months of unlimited digital cooking lessons?

Limit one (1) reward per customer, per customer email address, and per customer household. This reward is valid for new Smart Kitchen® customers only.

What is TheTixFix?

TheTixFix is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of live event tickets, allowing you to save on sports, concerts, theater, events, and much more. They provide fans (like you!) with access to a huge selection of quality event tickets, even when they are sold out elsewhere.


Am I allowed to resell my $25.00 Live Event Credit?

No, you may not sell or give away your Live Event Credit. This offer is not transferable for sale or resale and is not redeemable for cash.


I received multiple $25.00 Live Event Credits. Can I use them in the same transaction?

No, Live Event Credits cannot be stacked. Each Live Event Ticket Reward Code you receive upon qualification must be used in a separate transaction on https://barilla.thetixfix.com.


Once qualified, how do I receive my ticket/s?

If you are qualified, you will receive an email with a Live Event Ticket Reward Code and instructions to redeem your reward on https://barilla.thetixfix.com by 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19. If have not received an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from the Barilla Rewards Team. On https://barilla.thetixfix.com you will enter your Live Event Ticket Reward Code at checkout as instructed in your confirmation email. You will then receive a confirmation email, along with further instructions on how to retrieve your tickets, from TheTixFix.


When is the last day I can redeem my $25.00 Live Event Credit?

Are there any restrictions for the $25.00 Live Event Credit?

Reward valid in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Puerto Rico) only. Live Event Ticket Reward Codes will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19. Live Event Credit Reward Codes cannot be stacked and must be used in separate transactions. DAYS OUT PASS FAQs


What is a Days Out Pass?

A Days Out Pass entitles you to a voucher towards one admission to a family friendly attraction at a participating venue in the National Days Out Network. Attractions vary from venue to venue and may include, but are not limited to: roller skating, children’s painting, play centers, bowling, trampoline parks, museums, laser tag, mini golf and more. You can preview rewards within 35 miles of your ZIP code here. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to choose a venue on the National Days Out Network, you will receive a voucher that you will need to print out and bring to the venue selected.


Can I give my Days Out voucher to a friend?

No, vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be present at the time of redemption.


My friend and I both have Days Out vouchers to the same venue. Can we go together?

Sorry, your reward is valid for one per customer booking group. A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder.


Once I redeem, will I need to bring anything to the venue?

Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Please also call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.


I would like to select the Days Out Pass, but it doesn't look like there are any participating locations in my area. What can I do?

If there is not a participating Days Out partner within a 35 mile radius of your ZIP code, and you would still like to redeem that particular reward, you can submit a "Notify Me" request on the National Days Out Network after being qualified. This will allow the National Days Out Network Team to source a reward in your general area within four (4) to six (6) weeks. More information on the "Notify Me" process is available here.


Once qualified, how do I receive my Days Out Pass?

If you are qualified, you will receive an email with a reward code and instructions to redeem your Days Out reward from the National Days Out Network by 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19. If have not received an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from the Barilla Rewards Team.

On the National Days Out Network, you will enter your ZIP code and the Reward Code provided. All available Days Out rewards within a 35 mile radius will populate. After selecting your Days Out reward of choice, you will receive a voucher, along with further instructions to print the voucher and redeem the experience. The voucher will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.


When is the last day I can redeem my Days Out Pass?

Your Reward Code to be used on the National Days Out Network will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 11/30/19. All vouchers are valid 3 months from date of issue. The expiration date will be printed clearly on your voucher.


Are there any restrictions for the Days Out Pass?
