How do I qualify for the free Online or Phone Nutritional Consultation?

In order to qualify, you must spend $12.00 or more in one transaction on participating MegaRed, Digestive Advantage, Move Free, or Airborne products (before taxes and after discounts/coupons) in CVS Pharmacy® stores in the contiguous United States or on CVS.com® during the purchase period, December 30, 2018 – January 31, 2019. You must apply by completing the online Application Form, upload your receipt showing the qualifying purchase, and confirm that you have read and accept all promotional Terms and Conditions. The Application Form must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. The time and date of purchase, as well as the purchase amount on the participating products (before taxes and after discounts/coupons), must be clearly visible. If we cannot read your receipt, you unfortunately will not be allowed to receive the reward and will not be allowed a second submission. Upon completing the form, qualified customers will receive an email within 5 business days with a Reward Code and instructions on how to redeem their reward.


How many rewards can I receive?

There is a limit of one (1) reward per Customer, per Customer email address and per Customer household during the promotional period. Each qualifying receipt is eligible for one (1) reward, and one (1) reward is defined as one (1) free Online or Phone Nutritional Consultation (digital or by phone depending on location).


When is the last day I will be able to submit an online Application Form and upload my receipt showing my qualifying purchase?

You must submit your online Application Form, including an uploaded picture of your receipt showing your purchase, within 14 days of purchase and in no instance later than 2/14/19. The time and date of purchase, as well as the purchase amount on the participating products (before taxes and after discounts/coupons), must be clearly visible. If we cannot read your receipt, you unfortunately will not be allowed to receive the reward and will not be allowed a second submission.


Are there any restrictions to the free Online or Phone Nutritional Consultation?

The reward is only valid with a purchase of $12.00 or more in one transaction of participating MegaRed, Digestive Advantage, Move Free, or Airborne products (before taxes and after discounts/coupons) in CVS Pharmacy® stores in the contiguous United States or on CVS.com® during the purchase period, December 30, 2018 – January 31, 2019. Application Forms, including receipt upload, must be submitted within 14 days of purchase as indicated on the receipt. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to qualify for this reward. The reward is subject to change and available while supplied last. Reward cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. There is a limit of one (1) reward per Customer, per Customer email address and per Customer household. The Nutritional Consultation is hosted VIA phone or online platform (varies by location). Reward Codes expire at 11:59PM PT on 3/30/19. Reward is non-transferable and has no cash value. What are the participating products for this promotion?

The participating products are all MegaRed, Digestive Advantage, Move Free, and Airborne products that are sold in CVS Pharmacy® stores in the contiguous United States or on CVS.com®.


When can I expect to receive my Nutritional Consultation Reward Code?

Within five (5) business days of submitting your Application Form, qualified customers will receive an email from RB Rewards, including one (1) Free Nutritional Consultation Reward Code and instructions on how to redeem with a partner. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your reward email within five (5) business days.


How long do I have to redeem my Reward Code?

You must redeem your Reward Code at SpecialNutritionOffer.com/Redeem no later than 11:59PM PST on March 30,2019.


How long do I have to use my Nutritional Consultation voucher?

All vouchers are valid for three (3) months from date of issue. The voucher expiration date is displayed on the voucher.


Do I need to have anything with me for my consultation?

Yes, have your voucher on hand, a phone of computer to take your consultation on, and anything else that your Nutritionist asks of you.


What is included in my Nutritional Consultation?

Nutritional Consultations vary by location. You are guaranteed a minimum of 30 minutes with a certified nutritionist VIA phone or online platform.


What if I have to cancel or change my scheduled appointment?

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please reach out to the nutritionist you selected when redeeming your Reward Code.


Can I sell my reward?

No, you may not sell or give away your reward. This offer is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.


I lost my receipt that included my proof of purchase of the qualifying products. What do I do?

Sorry, your receipt that includes your qualifying purchase is mandatory in order to qualify for the reward!

How long do I have to redeem my Nutrition Journey Partner Code?

You must redeem your Partner Code with Nutritional Journey by June 31, 2019.


Do I need to download the "Healthie" app to have my Nutrition Journey consultation?

No, if you select Nutrition Journey as your nutritionist and you do not want to download the "Healthie" app, you can take your appointment over Skype.

What is included in my Nutrition Journey consultation?
